1. Delivery & Pickup Services
We provide a reliable delivery and pickup service for all our rental items. The cost of delivery will depend on the location, the size of the order, and specific event logistics. These costs will be included in your quote and outlined clearly. Our team ensures timely delivery and pickup to meet your event timeline.
- Delivery: We deliver directly to your event location, ensuring that all items are safely transported.
- Pickup: After your event, our team will collect all rented items as scheduled.
- Self-Pickup: You also have the option to collect the rental items yourself. Please ensure that your vehicle has enough space and is suitable for safe transport.
2. Setup & Breakdown
To make your event preparation easier, we offer professional setup and breakdown services for all rented items. Our trained team ensures that your event space is ready to go and that all equipment is properly set up.
- Setup Fees: Fees for setup are based on the type of event and complexity of the setup process. This will be included in your initial quote.
- Breakdown Fees: After the event, we will also manage the dismantling and packing up of equipment.
3. Event Packaging
Certain items, such as event dƩcor and packages, are available for direct booking through our website. These items can be easily selected online and included in your overall event plan. Please note that additional services such as delivery, setup, or breakdown for these items will be calculated separately during the checkout process or within your customized quote.
4. Additional Fees
Depending on the nature of your event and the rental items, the following fees may apply:
- Load & Drop-off Fees: If your event requires specific loading logistics or deliveries to multiple locations, additional fees may be applicable.
- Cleaning Fees: For certain rental items, cleaning fees may be applied if the items are returned in a condition requiring extra care.
- Repair Fees: In case of any damages to rented items, repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- Late Returns: Items not returned by the agreed-upon date may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate a delay.
5. Custom Quotes
Every event is unique, and so are our shipping and delivery options. All logistics, including delivery, setup, breakdown, and additional services, will be reflected in your personalized quote based on the specific requirements of your event.
