Quotes, deposits, and payments

  • Deposits vary and are clearly shown on quotes.
  • Payment must be completed before final delivery/event date.
  • Accepted currencies: BMD and USD.
  • Methods: Stripe and bank transfers.

Subscriptions

  • Annual billing only.
  • Cancel at the end of your 12-month term.
  • No partial refunds.

Intellectual property

  • Final deliverables belong to the client after full payment.
  • Class Act retains working files and processes.
  • Templates/designs licensed for personal use only (no resale).
  • We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out.

Vendor directory

Vendors listed are independent. We are not responsible for their services or products.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use.

Liability

  • We aim for reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses.
  • Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service/product.

Disputes

  • Governed by Bermuda law.
  • Disputes resolved first by negotiation, then by arbitration under the Bermuda Arbitration Act.

We aim to respond within 72 hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM Atlantic/Bermuda).

Complaints process

  1. Email us with details.
  2. We will respond within 72 hours.
  3. If unresolved, escalate to our Privacy Officer (Donna Lindo).

If still unresolved, you may contact PrivCom (Bermuda Privacy Commissioner) or pursue arbitration (see Terms).
